The Food You May Meet

If you travel to Bandung, Commonly you will find a lot of  food trader along pavement. Then You should know what they are or even you try, Check it out:

1. Martabak Manis

As known as sweet crepes, but it has thickness than usual crepes. There are so many choices for tastes for example: Chocolate Cheese, Banana Cheese. Chocolate Banana with Nut etc.  i recommend it to try.



2.Gorengan

Theses foods consist with various shape and taste and all about something to fry. Gorengan consist with unique name for each such as Bala-Bala, Gehu, Cireng, Comro, Pisgor the other name you may ask the trader he..he..he... I give some short description about each, Bala-bala made from flour with some vegetables, Gehu: flour with tofu and bean sprout inside, Cireng: potato starch , pisgor same as banana fritters.



3.Batagor

Batagor stand for Baso Tahu Goreng is one of Bandung favorite food to search. Some big restaurants also offers this foods. It made from Tofu combine with flour and has mackerel flavour serve with peanut sauce.






4. Es Cendol

 This is kind a drink menu wikipedia write that the name "cendol" is related to and originated from the word jendol; in Javanese, Sundanese and Indonesian, it means "bump" or "bulge", it refer to bumpy sensations of the green worm-like jelly passed through the mouth during drinking es cendol







5.Es Kelapa Muda

Another Drink menu, made from fresh coconut combine with milk and ice make it become first option when thirsty come to your trout.

Places where you want to visit

When you visit Bandung, do not miss to visit the place that i want to share, wasn't complete if you miss them check it out :                                 

                                                       1.Gedung Merdeka (SOCITEIT CONCORDIA) 

This is one of the heritage building in Bandung, built for the first time in 1895. At that time only a modest building that is used as a kind of coffee shop. The last building is done by the draft created by two Dutch architect named Van Gallen Last and CP Wolff Schoemaker.

2.Gunung Tangkuban Parahu (Tangkuban Parahu Mountain)

This is one of the most favorite place of interest, about 30 km from the city you will have a memorable journey by visiting this place.  This is a volcano site which you can enjoy the beautiful natural landscape

3.Kawah Putih (White Volcano)

Another beautiful volcano's you have to visit, this is the most beautiful place to enjoy your tour and you'll never regret to visit. about 44 km from the city on your trip you will have a green view such as tea plantation before you reach the site.
